The Mission Project is a non-profit organization that relies on private contributions from individuals and foundations. We are a growing, cost-effective organization that gives community partners an opportunity to make an immediate, distinct impact through financial assistance as well as face-to-face contact with those they have touched. Charlie Jennings, Executive Director
Charlie earned her Bachelor of Arts from Drury College, in Springfield, MO. She then earned a Master of Science from Florida State University, in Tallahassee, FL. Charlie's experience includes providing supports for families in crisis, mediation, grant writing, and acting as the executive director of a prior 501(c)3. Her expertise is in fundraising, coordination of programming, and collaborating with community partners. Charlie's goal is growing The Mission Project to not only include additional services for those already participating in the program but to increase the availability of services to others throughout the region. Rachel Harada, Program and Participant Support Director
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University, in Kansas City, MO. Rachel previously completed her field work with The Mission Project and due to her outstanding programming initiatives, she was hired into this new position. Rachel's goal for The Mission Project is to improve the daily lives of program participants with individualized and group supports throughout their community.
