How Can You Help?

We truly are thankful for any assistance you can give – regardless of size.  As an independent community of young adults with disabilities, the Mission Project incurs many expenses.  Transportation to and from work is one of our largest.  We currently lease two minivans, and hire two drivers to get our participants to their jobs and back to the apartment complex, on varying schedules.  Educational expenses, memberships at Sylvester Powell Community Center, Fitness and Water Aerobics classes, and Travel Club are ongoing expenses, as are many other activity-related needs.

Our planned fundraisers are a large source of funding; but so is the accumulation of small donations by friends, relatives, and strangers who believe that what we are doing to enable our participants to live independent and fulfilling lives is worth supporting.

If you choose to make an independent (and confidential) donation, you may use either of the links (DonorEdge or PayPal) found under the "Support Us" tab to securely make a donation of your choosing.  Thank you.
